AI SHAMIM1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing aishamim.com or requesting services from AI SHAMIM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Services
AI SHAMIM provides Semantic SEO consulting, including topical maps, entity and attribute analysis, AEO and GEO guidance, content briefs, and AI-assisted content writing and optimization. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any project are agreed in writing (proposal, email or contract) before work begins.
3. No guaranteed results
Search engine and AI platform results depend on many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, competition and the quality of your site. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, conversion, revenue or AI citation.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access needed for the project
- Review and approve deliverables and implement changes on your own site
- Make sure you have the right to share any materials you provide
- Comply with applicable laws, and platform rules such as search engine guidelines
5. Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedules and any refund terms are set out in the agreed proposal or contract. Late payments may pause work. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes and third-party tool costs.
6. Intellectual property
Website content, design, graphics and branding on aishamim.com belong to AI SHAMIM and may not be copied or reused without permission. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you as stated in your agreement, except for pre-existing tools, templates and methods, which remain ours.
7. AI-assisted content
Some deliverables are produced with AI assistance and reviewed by a human. You are responsible for final review and approval before publishing, including checking facts and legal or regulatory requirements specific to your industry.
8. Confidentiality
We treat non-public information you share for a project as confidential and use it only to deliver the services, unless disclosure is required by law.
9. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms performance, or use it for unlawful purposes.
10. Third-party links and tools
The site and our work may reference third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI SHAMIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business opportunity arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as provided in the agreed contract. We may restrict access to the website at any time if these terms are breached.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which AI SHAMIM operates, unless your contract states otherwise. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
